Construction Loan Financing(4CE)

Description

For the Realtor® who has ever wondered about the true purpose of building codes, exactly how borrowers have equity in their Construction/Perm loans, or just really provides a buyer, this is the course to enroll in! Construction loan financing can be somewhat of a puzzle, and the material presented in this track will demystify all the elements of financing and building a new home. From mechanics to characteristics, this course builds the groundwork for Realtors® when it comes to construction loan financing.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 12:24 p.m. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with the class monitor and sign in and out on the provided attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of the class.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
Cancellations not received within 24 hours prior to class start time will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting WVAR at 386.774.6433 or emailing at education@westvolusiarealtor.org
